Guess what these buttons do

That is the game I get to play every day. The Japanese love gadgets and since I don't speak Japanese I just press buttons until I figure the device out, sometimes I'll use the Google translate app, but it doesn't always make since. So here you go, I'll post some devices I've run into in my apartment in Osaka.

This is the controller for the bathroom ventilation fan.

This controls the heating and a/c unit

This is the hot water heater controler

And like every Japanese home, a smart toilet. Pressing the wrong button on this isn't so fun.
